Built here. Owned here. Run here.
Iron Forge Fitness opened in 2025 as a locally owned gym for Oswego and the towns around it — built around heavy, honest training.
Forge Strength.
Build Discipline.
That is not a slogan somebody bought. It is the standard the gym holds itself to.
In the gym's own words: At Iron Forge Fitness, we don't just train bodies — we build mindset, grit, and confidence. No excuses. No shortcuts. Just results.
Iron Forge is a gym and physical fitness center at 1025 S. Commercial in Oswego, Kansas. It is locally owned and operated, always open, and it keeps reinvesting in equipment as it grows.
The standard.
- 01
Effort is the entry fee
Nobody is judged on where they start. Everybody is expected to work.
- 02
Beginners get respect, not attitude
Every experienced lifter in the room was once the person who did not know how the machine adjusted.
- 03
Take care of the room
Weights go back. Benches get wiped. It is a small thing that says everything about a gym.
- 04
Keep investing in the floor
Upgrades come with the growth. Members should have every tool necessary to reach their max potential.
- 05
Stay local
Owned and operated in Oswego. What comes into this gym goes back into this gym and this town.
One gym, one location
Iron Forge Fitness operates from a single location in Oswego. Members travel in from all over Southeast Kansas, including Labette, Cherokee, Crawford, Montgomery, Neosho, Bourbon and Allen counties.
