Barbells, plates and benches
The honest end of the gym. Olympic barbells, loaded plates and pressing stations for the lifts that build a base.
Full dumbbell weight range not yet itemized — ask at the desk.
Plate-loaded & selectorized
A full machine floor — plate-loaded frames alongside weight-stack stations, so you can train hard without needing a spotter.
Legs and posterior chain
Heavy pressing and dedicated hamstring and quad work, all on the same floor.
Push and pull
Rowing, pulling and pressing stations across both free weights and machines.
Cardio equipment
Treadmills, ellipticals, a rower and a stepmill give you choices for steady sessions or harder intervals.
Upgrades come with the growth.
In July 2026, a T-Bar Row went onto the floor. It will not be the last piece to arrive.
Iron Forge reinvests into the gym as it grows, with a simple standard: every member should have every tool necessary to reach their max potential. That is the gym's own wording, and it is the reason the floor keeps changing.
